What do people really think about the RSV vaccine? Study of unsolicited text replies from adults over 60

This study analyzed unsolicited SMS replies from adults over 60 who received a digital health intervention encouraging RSV vaccination. Using thematic analysis and structural topic modeling, the paper identified major reply themes, sentiment and function patterns, and message features associated with patient engagement.
